Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of accounts • Using contacts to generate new businesses • Engaging in project management duties • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s activation projects • Ability to handle request and tasks with remote teams across different countries • Managing regional requests • Delivering result presentations internally and externally • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects. • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business Typical work activities • Managing a portfolio of accounts • Using contacts to generate new businesses • Engaging in project management duties • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s activation projects • Ability to handle request and tasks with remote teams across different countries • Managing regional requests • Delivering result presentations internally and externally • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects. • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients. • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained • Monitoring work performance of colleagues and setting sales targets • Recruiting and training new account executives • Campaign Budgeting • Maintaining and creating relationship with supplier • negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns; • Negotiating on best cost and revenues • liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively; • presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; • handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients; • writing and presenting client and campaign reports; • monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns; • arranging and attending meetings; • making pitches, to try to win new business for the agency. • Exploring creative ideas to present to client • Managing brainstorming sessions with agency colleagues • Following up internally to attend to client requests on a timely manner • managing different categories at the same time • Status reports, contact reports and other meeting related documentation supervision Qualifications: • Preferably 5-7 years of experience in a BTL agency with extensive experience in activation and event management • excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • a proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative; • excellent organizational skills; • the ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, whilst paying attention to detail; • drive; • flexibility; • experience of effective team working skills; • influencing and negotiation skills; • oral and written communication skills; • commercial awareness; • Industry savvy • a passion for brand activities • a willingness to learn; • resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism; Please send your CV at hr-solutions@ acme-group.net............. only.
