Warmup: 800m jog - at every 100m, drop and do five burpees 10 shoulder passthroughs 10 three-count pushups 10 bottom-to-bottom squats 10 jumping air squats 10 pause squats SWoD: Overhead squat Work up to a heavy single -drop 20%- Work up to a heavy triple -drop 20%- 2x5 with perfect form WoD: Shuttle Run Fun! 15 minutes Start at 0:00 with a 10m run, do one pushup At 1:00, run 10m down and 10m back, do two pushups At 2:00, run 10m down, 10m back, 10m down, then do three pushups Continue until you can no longer complete all of the runs and pushups in one minute - drop three from that number, and continue at that pace until the end of 15 minutes. And remember, have fun!
