Right lads sorry for extra players that were there tonight , they were bought in to cover for unavailable players and for those that never posted there availability on status this is why it is important for you as registered players to tell us if your available or not . Also allows us on the management team to work out a squad for games and rotate squad . Also lets us know of who we have available to bring in if you lads that play Saturdays get injured ... On availability status all we need is availability yes or no !!! So at a quick glance we know who is there with out searching through reems of posts... You as players have your right to have your own views on who should play and where they should play .. But to that end this squad will not be influenced by anyone!!! The squad will be picked by availability and by the commitment of players .. It will be picked by the management team and influenced by what they see on game days and training ... Not from players voicing there preferences .. For Sundays game I and the committee will be picking a squad from available players .. We will be selecting a squad of 15 as it will be for every game this season( unless rules allow us to select more cups etc) For this week it will be selected and posted by nine oclock sat night ( normally by Friday during season) This will allow players to take on overtime at work or to arrange time with families etc. So can I have your availability for Sundays game against kings tam @ plymstock school you are required to be there for 1245 sharp you will be fined if late ... Need all availability by sat lunch time so we can select squad ( all players to respond ) These teething issues need to be ironed out before our ( hopefully good) Season begins and everyone knows the system , and where everyone stands
