Right now I am MAD. My phone is out. My cousin said it was out the other day too. I tried calling repair service and had to listen to their sales pitch on my Verizon cell phone (minute charges) and got mad at the one who asked me all this questions which I had already done. So I called customer service after that I got a heavy accented English agent. Sounded Mexican. AT&T had a monopoly now they are trying their best to squeeze the consumer for every nickel they can. I suggest we pay our bills in pesos and see how that like it. I have the bill automatically deducted from my bank account each month.. I made changes to my service the other day because my service was $92 a month, so my new bill shows it dropped to $86.00. So for $6.00 I gave up call waiting, caller ID, repair service, voice mail, something is rotten in the phone company. And I cannot get any agent who will speak to me in American English, with no accent. I have no dial tone, can get no calls.
