Right now I should be sitting on Beans bed trying to wake her sleepy butt up. Id be playing with her hair and hitting her little booty saying, Beeaan its time to get up, come on. We should be raiding each others closets to figure out what to wear. We should be talking about how we just want to watch the Law and Order SVU marathon instead. And at the end of the day, we should be curling up on the couch with a shared blanket as usual and getting grossed out when our cold feet touched. Im lucky to have spent Marenas last full day with her and was lucky enough to be the last one to give her a hug and tell her I love her. Im not feeling very thankful, but without all of my family and friends I wouldnt have survived this past week. So thank you. Im also lucky to have the best dad, the best best friend, the best boyfriend and so many other people who love and care.
