Right so lets get things in perspective , that is if you are a sensible, intelligent, un-biased football fan like me. Man Utd didnt play that well but Arsenal were even worse. Result: a narrow, unconvincing win for Utd. City lose to a well taken goal from one of probably three attacks from Sunderland who then put nine men behind the ball. They have a player who commits a potentially leg breaking challenge but he doesnt even get booked!l Then they survive an absolute battering from City by the skin of their teeth. Newcastle win in similar fashion against a very attacking Spurs side but only because of multiple amazing saves from Krull. Chelsea get a very, very lucky draw from a disgraceful penalty award, robbing West Brom of a well deserved victory. Everton play out a bore draw. Only Liverpool look convincing until you think a little bit deeper and realise how bloody shit Fulham are! So what have we learnt. Nothing really. The title is wide open and all of the top six teams have had good wins and terrible defeats. End of sensible, unbiased, intelligent assessment of this weekends fixtures. Youre welcome. Mike S
