Rinaldi Campaign Staff Critical of Coppell ISD - Normally after a heated primary, all of the campaigns take some time off, regroup and then work together in the general election. Unfortunately, it appears that Mr. Rinaldis campaign staff doesnt believe in moving forward. In the past several days, Empower Texans, the group that finances and has frequently spoken for Mr. Rinaldi, has written a blog post critical of Coppell ISD and another critical of my efforts on behalf of the district and public education. In addition, members of Mr. Rinaldis paid staff have taken to social media to sharply criticize the outstanding record of Coppell ISD, continue to repeat lies about me and my family and attack my wife, this time with more lies about her. The office of State Representative is an honor, and the actions of Mr. Rinaldis staff show a total disregard for the parents, school children, taxpayers and community leaders that work so hard every day to support our schools. This behavior is uncalled for and we as a community deserve better from a candidate and his staff if they want to represent us in Austin. I have attached a small sample of the information that has been posted on the internet in the past several days. If you agree with me, Like this post and send a message to Matt Rinaldi asking him to issue a public apology. Our school children and our community deserve no less.
