Robin Williams is one of my new heroes. I cant believe a man who gave laughter so selflessly lacked it so sorely in his own life. If it were any other field we would be naming buildings and streets after him (a poor person enabling unprecedented charity, someone who never had an education making sure millions of people got one, etc.) Yes, he did not overcome his inner struggle at the end- but he did overcome it for many years and used that to make sure other people did not suffer what he did. How many of us take that kind of initiative in our own lives? What an incredible person. May his memory be an inspiration and a blessing.
