Roger Federer will begin his preparations for the coming Monte Carlo Masters on clay courts, where he is going to work hard to face tricky rivals King of clay Rafael Nadal and World No. 2 Novak Djokovic. 32-year-old Roger Federer is aiming to clinch first ever Monte Carlo Masters next week, as he needs to play high level tennis to return back to form. Federer has posted a picture on his Facebook wall that he had fun visiting the Credit Suisse offices in Zurich earlier this week and it is not so easy to serve in street clothes. Federer is going to arrive here in Monte Carlo on Sunday and he will prepare well for the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters. Roger Federer has been seeded as no. 4 ahead of Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic at No. 1 and No. 2 seeds respectively at the 2014 Monte Carlo Masters, where it could be a tough challenge for the duo to face Swiss legend. Federer is considered as one of the heavy favorite to clinch season’s first clay court title next week at the Monte Carlo Country Club in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. Roger Federer wants to best play best tennis here in Monte Carlo before heading to Mutua Madrid Masters and Rome Masters next month. King of clay Rafael Nadal had an amazing record last year on clay courts and he is having most of the chances to show similar performance begins in Monte Carlo Masters
