Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has been appointed by Cambodia-based property developer Vattanac Properties to manage Rosewood Phnom Penh, scheduled to open in 2015. This latest signing is Rosewood’s seventh management agreement in Asia. Rosewood Phnom Penh will join the upcoming network of Rosewood ultra-luxury hotels in the region that will also include Beijing, Chongqing, Bangkok, Phuket, Jakarta and Bali. The hotel will occupy the top 14 floors, with dedicated high-speed elevator access, in the 188-meter-high, 39-storey Vattanac Capital Tower One. Prominently located in the heart of the capital’s Central Business District along Preah Monivong Boulevard, this world-class commercial complex will also include Grade-A offices and Cambodia’s first luxury retail mall.
