Ruto blamed Raila when he accepted Mkate Nusu in former coalition govt.The same Ruto is now telling URP and the Kalenjins in general that it does not matter who fixed him just because of the positions him and a few Kalenjins hold in Jubilee govt.Who is fooling who here?.First Ruto should know that, he is in Office illegaly for committing an election offense when he lied to Kenyans that it is Raila who took them to Hague.During the presidential election campaigns.These are some of the things that make me think that, Ruto is not smart as the Kenyan media want us to believe.The truth is Ruto is a selfish individual who takes advantage of high level of illiteracy and poverty in the process of pursuing his own selfish interests.Period.
