S.T.E.A.M Ahead! Family Night (Science.Technology.Engineering.Art.Math) Sponsored by the Louisa County Public Schools Title 1 program The event will be held at Louisa County Middle School on March 20, 2014 from 5-8:15 pm. We have scheduled many exciting events and speakers for both parents and children. • Parents this is an opportunity for you to spend the evening learning how to incorporate technology and/or at home activities into your everyday lives. We will share ways you can use almost any device to simplify/organize your life AND how those devices can enhance your child’s education. • Children will have the opportunity to attend 3 exciting sessions, such as: forensics, small animal care and a speaker from NASA! There will be a FIRE and ICE show for the children! Dinner will be provided. Parents will have dinner and an expert keynote speaker. Children will be supervised by school personnel for the evening, including during dinner. Childcare will be provided for younger children (0-4 yrs). There will be door prizes! There will be more to come on this fun and educational night! We look forward to spending the evening with you and your children!
