SALES CAMPAIGN MANAGER R20 000 BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION | CBD | START ASAP NO SHIFTS – WORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:30AM TO 16:30PM OUR CLIENT OFFERS SALES & LEAD GENERATION SERVICES, THROUGH B2B APPOINTMENT SETTING. Full Sales Campaign Management Function, Reporting & General Management Responsibility for the effective and efficient management of sales campaigns and Telemarketing Consultants from beginning to end. Work closely with the BDM. Areas of responsibility include planning, script writing, production, liaison with clients, and managing campaigns. Campaign preparation and delivery Half-day setup workshop with client at campaign start Orientation, training and on-boarding of sales team in telesales campaigns (Kick-off) Complete / telesales marketing script Campaign database preparation Campaign project management within agreed deliverables, dates, times and budget Manage client expectations through under promise and over delivery. Keep clients to original agreed outcomes Close potential gaps between what was sold to the client and actual delivery Bi-weekly feedback teleconferences / meetings with clients Minute all meetings with clients Communication of any agreed campaign changes to sales team Send campaign wrap-up emails to clients Liaise with Business Development Manager to ensure sufficient campaign resourcing, target management (R250k/month) & match Resource planning at above 50% in sales forecast Campaign trouble shooting: Manage campaign performance Solve database problems Ensure active campaigning Red flag difficult problems to MD Manage campaign targets Red flag non-compliant targets to MD Manage client queries / complaints Red flag difficult clients to MD Full IT management including supplier management, quotes sign-off, iT strategy General Operations Management: Oversee team effectiveness through daily stand-up meetings Recruitment and selection of all employees New employee induction and on-boarding of new employees including preparation and giving of welcome packs (Code of Conduct, House Rules, Employment Contract and Archer Sales Methodology document General employee administration (Leave forms, attendance register, HR staff folders Disciplinary Inquiry and timeous handling of disciplinary actions / outcomes Effective management of office maintenance Employee leave approval & sign-off Liaise with HR service provider concerning employee related matters Campaign Management: Effective Total end-to-end management of the sales campaign function Weekly Campaign Reporting QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ability to think on their feet Effective and efficient decision making Effective and efficient communication on all levels Strong attention to detail Loyal Hard working Client centred with an ability to onboard clients to the Archer way Positive nature and high energy motivates the team Natural involvement in the operations of the team Natural project manager Professional appearance and approach Ability to create a positive learning environment Team player who understand the value of human capital Cooperative management style Open mind to new ideas from the staff and team members Comfortable with responsibility Natural ownership of all work managed Ability to fit employees to task Lives by professional standards Pride in and affinity for organizational values and mission.
