DELTA MISR is welling to recruit a new team of highly professional Sales specialists to help in achieving the high corporate vision and to be a new seed for future success and development. Job Description Sales specialists are in charge of establishing sales objectives and handle activities in order to fulfill these objectives. Their main responsibilities include handle sales activities building strong relations penetrate new accounts and explore new opportunities. Main Responsibilities SALES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT •Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customerprospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims targets. •Plan and manage Strategic key accounts according to an agreed market development strategy. •Communicate and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT CRM •Close follow up with key customers to gain a longterm customer retention rates. •Strongly participate to leverage the relationship with the Key opinion leaders potential customers and heighten awareness towards DELTA MISR portfolio. •Continue development of CRM Loyalty Marketing projects solutions. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT •Demonstrate a significant understanding of new markets capture new opportunities unsatisfied gaps. •Coordinate with DELTA MISR members to identify market trends develop new customized services opportunities and meet client needs profitably. •Creating new customer needs through our flexible portfolio of valuable services Required Skills •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Interpersonal competences and presentation skills •Good English language Internets kills •Highly organized and good planner •Efficient in time management •Attention to details and focused •Hard working and dynamic person Education and Training •Bachelor’s Degree in one of these fields Engineering Accounting Marketing Business Administration or Science. •Fresh Graduates or previous experience in sales 23 yrs. •Owning a Car with a driving license. •Additional Sales Marketing certificates will be supportive. •Cairo residents Salary and Earnings Attractive salaries for the new Sales specialists team is considered and depending on their level of experience educational background the amount of responsibilities involved and the geographical location they will work in.
