The flat is on two floors and is minutes away from Westcombe park station and close to North Greenwich tube (max 25 mins door to door for most offices in Canary Wharf, I can be in Fenchurch Street in the City in 30 mins if I time the train right). We are an easy going with varied interests (yoga to boxing, reading to giggling at Archer or discussing nonsense), and a love of food with a tendency towards vegetarianism and healthy food but not adverse to the odd bit of meat – and will be mostly out the way in a big studio room downstairs our only criterion for a housemates is that they are also easy going (minimum hygiene standards implicitly assumed) – and probably shouldn’t mind that I don’t have TV :-). The flat is currently available relatively flexibly as we are buying a house and doing it up but expecting it to take upto 6 months before we move in. We’ll then either look to rent out the place as a whole, or if we have a group of nice settled housemates then just rent out our massive bedroom. The room can be furnished or unfurnished as required; there is are built-in wardrobes for two of the rooms and if anyone only wants a Mon-Fri rental then towels and linen can be included.
