IN PARTICULAR, THE INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC AID COMMUNITY IS IN POSITION TO SUPPORT SOLUTIONS THAT ARE PROVEN TO BE EFFECTIVE. THE VILLAGER CHOSEN TO OPERATE THE PROJECTOR WILL BE PAID BY THE VILLAGE AND NOT BY THE PROJECT. THE SOLAR POWERED SEWER SYSTEM AND THE DRINKING WATER SANITATION SYSTEM PROJECT WILL BE OPERATED BY A TRAINED VILLAGER WHO MUST ALSO BE PAID BY THE VILLAGE. THE PROJECT WILL IMPLEMENT COUNTLESS SKILL SPECIALTIES SUCH AS BAMBOO CONSTRUCTION, TREE GRAFTING, AND HAND DEEP WELL DIGGING. SECOND AS A SOURCE OF FUNDING ARE THE NATIONAL AID ORGANIZATIONS IN INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES AND THE INTERNATIONAL AID ORGANIZATIONS. THE THIRD MAJOR SOURCE IS FROM INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE CITIZENS IN COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD. CONTRIBUTIONS BY NATIONS AND THEIR CITIZENS MUST BE SEPARATE FROM ALL OVERHEAD COSTS SO THEY CAN BE CONSIDERED AS 100 PERCENT CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VILLAGERS. WHEN I WORKED WITH USAID, MOST OF THE BILLIONS IN AID ULTIMATELY BENEFITED LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. AS A VIRTUAL CORPORATION, WORLD WIDE HEALTH, INC. WILL NOT BE CONTRACTUALLY INVOLVED WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. ALL OF THE AGREEMENTS WILL BE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD INFORMAL AGREEMENTS WITH THE VILLAGERS WHO LOST OUT DURING MY FIRST 66 YEARS OF EFFORT. THE CONTRACT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND THE PROJECT ORGANIZATION PROVIDER IS FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD. IS SIMILAR TO THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A U.S. TOWN AND A UTILITY SUCH AS AN ELECTRICAL UTILITY. THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES THAT ARE MECHANICAL IN NATURE ONLY THAT PREVENT DIRE POVERTY. THESE SERVICES COVER HEALTH AND EDUCATION, SANITATION AND CLEAN WATER, AND NUTRITION. WORLD WIDE HEALTH AS THE PROJECT ORGANIZATION PROVIDER COMMITS TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES AND INPUTS THAT BLOCK DIRE POVERTY IN THE VILLAGE UNTIL THE VILLAGE AS A UNIT IS ECONOMICALLY ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE INPUTS ON ITS OWN. THE VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS IS INTENDED TO CREATE TOWNS AND INDUSTRIAL CENTERS OUT OF THE VILLAGES TO SPREAD THE POPULATION OUT MORE EVENENLY AND MAKE THE BEST POSSIBLE HUMAN USE OF THE TOTAL LAND AREA IN THE COUNTRY. PRESENTLY, PEOPLE ARE LEAVING THE VILLAGE AREAS AND MIGRATING TOWARD AND CREATING CITY SLUMS BECAUSE THERE IS MORE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY THERE. THE RESCUE PROJECT PURPOSE IS TO REVERSE THIS MIGRATION FROM THE CITY SLUMS BACK TO THE RURAL VILLAGE AREAS BY CREATING GREATER ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY IN THE NEW VILLAGE ECONOMIC CENTERS ALONG WITH A FAR BETTER OVERALL LIFE STYLE THAN IT IS IN THE CROWDED CITIES. AGAIN, ALL OF THOSE INVOLVED IN THE CHILDREN’S RESCUE PROJECT ADMINISTRATION EITHER IN THE U.S. OR HOST COUNTRY MUST BE VOLUNTEERS. I AM A VOLUNTEER. AGAIN, THE CHILDREN’S PROJECT RESCUE PROVIDER MUST BE A VIRTUAL, ALL VOLUNTEER CORPORATION WITH ALL SERVICES CONTRACTED. THE PROJECT-VILLAGE OBLIGATIONS ARE INDEFINITE FOR THE LONG TERM. THIS MEANS THAT THE ANNUAL COSTS COULD INCREASE INTO THE BILLIONS. AGAIN, IT IS ENVISIONED THAT IN THE SECOND OR DUPLICATION PROJECT STAGE THERE WILL BE A HUGE TRANSFER OF WEALTH WORLDWIDE FROM THOSE WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DOING WELL TO THOSE WHO ARE NOW IN DIRE POVERTY.
