Your security is our number one priority and for this reason, we will ensure that your alarm system is monitored continuously and without interruption. Nothing will change with your service today and Security Networks will continue monitoring your account until further notice. 2. Will my billing amount change? Your billing amount will not change. You have signed an agreement with Security Networks and we will honor all aspects of the agreement including the billing details of your account. 3. Who will service my account if it malfunctions? Security Networks will remain your single point of contact for all service related issues. If you have any problems with your system, please continue to contact Security Networks at 800.784.2043 4. Since I signed a contract with Security Networks and not Monitronics, does it mean that my contract is no longer valid? Monitronics has purchased Security Networks and all of its assets. All agreements currently in place will be valid and binding for both you and us. 5. I’ve never heard of Monitronics. Can you tell me something about them?
