SEIZURE OF A VESSEL ADELAIDE, Thursday The ship Deccan, which is at work at Adelaide loading wheat for Europe on behalf of Messrs. James Bell and Co., has been seized by order of the Vice-Admiralty Court, at the instance of nine seaman on the vessel. The men have adopted this course with a view to recover wages alleged to be due to them by the late owners of the ship, the British and Eastern Shipping Company, Limited, which recently sold the vessel.
