America got its expressways in the 1930s and so did the Germans but we in India are now getting used to 4-lane or 6 lane. India has one of lowest car ownership but highest mortality on roads per 1000 vehicles. And now the maximum allowable speed is being increased to 100 KMPH when our drivers are known to leave their brains with their wives/girl friend when behind the steering wheel. OK GUYS: ADD AS MANY POINTS AS YOU WISH BUT HERES FOR STARTERS WHAT INDIAN DRIVERS SHOULD NOTE: 1. The highway was not built by your father or father-in-law or even a wealthy mother-in-law. It is a public property Use the road with due consideration for other road users. 2. LEARN DRIVING MANNERS. DONT USE CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING 3. Learn to use all the three mirrors. Know what in front as well as around your moving car 4. Women drivers: Dont behave like a MCP come on add more points
