I mean this from the very bottom of my heart, I am not just saying this to make you feel good: I am so IMPRESSED with your focus and dedication and NO HOLDS BARRED attitude. I see Damiens troop of men and women who support one another and push one another and respect each others different levels of fitness; I see the ladies of ALL ages, ALL sizes and of ALL different levels of co-ordination come and shake it during Zumba; I see the Barre ladies who are so loyal to this class that they almost launched a demonstration when I tried to move it around to make room for Juan Manuel Frisanccio Munoz -- and I see their bodies coming back into alignment with greater poise and straighter posture -- in a nutshell, I am super proud of each and every one of you for making the time, challenging yourselves and being so supportive of every one else around you. The challenges that you are overcoming here will translate into greater strength and confidence in your every day lives. Keep it up
