SOQ - Statements Of Qualifications The City of Anniston, Alabama, Public Building Authority (PBA), and the City of Anniston Fire Department (AFD), is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from experienced Architects, Facility Developers and Design Professionals to review services and credentials to address the development of a municipal Fire and Rescue Station/Facility. Respondents should demonstrate and depict project experience as well as budget levels relating to project size and project performance. This is a request for Professional Services credentials relating to the described project. The PBA and the AFD will review materials received and develop its presentation and selection process. The PBA and the AFD may choose to request additional information on a firm or team. The PBA and the AFD will follow this qualifications based selection process to secure a highly qualified and competitive firm or team. The PBA and the AFD will determine those to interview and ultimately select a firm/team to negotiate a scope of work and fee schedule. Submittals should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST), August 30, 2013. Submittals will not be accepted via electronic means (however, you may send an electronic version as a courtesy copy (MSWord or PDF format please) either on disc or via email).
