SPECIAL PUTO CHEESE RECIPE 1 kg All purpose flour (6 cups All Purpose Flour) 3 cans Evaporated milk (6 cups milk) 1/2 kg white sugar 6 whole eggs (beaten) 1 Dairicream ( butter) 2 tbs. vanilla 25g calumet (baking powder) or 2 tbs baking powder Cheese (slice into small cubes DIRECTIONS: Mix all together ingredients into a mixture container except cheese. After mixed thoroughly, pour into plastic cups mold. Put cheese on the top for toppings. Then steam at about 10 minutes.! Makes 150 pcs SO EASY! ENJOY COOKING :))
