STAY ACTIVE| STAY FIT 1 of 3 Chest•Tricep•Glute SET from todays workout. 3 rounds of 15 reps for each exercise CABLE FLYS Fit Tip: keep shoulders down and elbows slightly bent, inhale as arms are extended, EXHALE as you bring hands together as if youre giving a big bear hug flex as your chest as you bring arms in CLOSE GRIP PRESS Keep elbow & hands close the body and together. BEST to do on the bench so you can lower the elbows past the body. ElEVATED SL GLUTE BRIDGE Position your legs at a 90 angle with feet or foot on a box. Keep on leg diagonally in front of you, NOT STRAIGHT UP. Do not swing your none working leg. Lift your hips and squeeze your glutes. ✌️ TODAY: I wanted to keep my exercises in one area (just beause), so I used the DB as elevation prop. I enjoy combining muscles groups since I am only lifting 3 times a week with S/C HIIT training on Saturdays. I switch up my programs every 3 weeks.
