SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES Submission of entries starts from July 22 until August 30, 2013 only at the Monde Nissin Sales Office at 9 Sheridan St. Mandaluyong City. Contestants are required to submit the following: Duly accomplished application form with the l ist of the main and supporting roles, production, technical and creative teams. (downloadable form is available at facebook/luckyme.ph) For students, provide a copy of the members’ Certificate of Enrollment for SY 2013-2014 Three (3) DVD copies with a maximum resolution of 1280/70. Video encoding format of MPEG 4 / H264. Video format–MP4. DVD Cover must contain the following information: Entry Title, Director’s name. Hi-resolution poster design in JPEG/PNG. All submitted entries must be in digital video format. Analog formats will not be accepted.
