Often war going on between them. This Friday we read in the newspapers and watched on TV that, a bomb blast that killed and hurt hundreds of followers of the two sects while they were praying at a mosque Friday and at other places where they congregate . 2 . While we see hostility and suicide-killing between Sunnis and Shiites, the enemies of Islam, Jews and their allies are very happy. For them, whether Sunni or Shiite, all Muslims are their enemies. Their work to weaken and destroy Islam and the Muslims are being made by Muslims themselves. 3 . Animosity between Sunni and Shia is not the case in Malaysia because for so long all the Muslims in this country composed of Sunnah Wal Jamaah, the followers of Imam Shafei Sunnis . They all adhere to the same Islamic teachings. Despite political differences separating between Muslims in Malaysia, it does not come to kill and fight. 4 . Now the Shia doctrine is being developed in Malaysia. If the Shia presence here, of course Malaysian Muslims will split again. The distance between those who accept the teachings of Sunni and Shiite will be global. Each will hold separate mosques and many other differences. 5 . Sooner or later they will increase hostility until they are rioting, killing and war as happened in Iraq, Pakistan and Syria . 6 . The effect of this is that National will be unstable and unsafe. Muslims in this country will suffer a terrible plague. Those who are already weak will get weaker. Severe damage will occur as we have seen in countries where Sunni and Shiite enemies. 7 . During this time we hold and profess the religion of Islam without much trouble. We know in Iran and some other Muslim countries have Shiite Muslim. We do not want to create problems for them by trying to develop an understanding and Sunni among them. 8 . To you your religion, to us our religion (Lakum diinukum waliyyadin). Al-Quran accepts the availability of believers and some as unbelievers. There is no compulsion in Islam. They are free to disbelieve them and their disbelief that Islam is also free to profess and practice the teachings of Islam . With such hostility will not be a peaceful place and community. ...
