SUPERSTAR IN YOUR HOME FOR $0?! Thats right, a generous donation from ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas has fully sponsored Chers adoption fee so she can be home for News Years Eve! 4 year old Cher was struck by a car on I-285 and rescued by a Furkids volunteer with the help of several police officers. Thousands of dollars in medical treatments later, Furkids is grateful to everyone who contributed towards Chers veterinarian bills - THANK YOU! Cher has recovered beautifully from double hip surgery and so much more and now weighs 40 lbs. Her foster mom reports that Cher is potty trained and good with dogs that are close to her size. Cher is SO happy to be loved, petted and played with she would be better with larger children! She loves laying near you on the couch and when all spots are taken shell climb up on a tiny opening to sit on your lap or lay behind you. She still acts like a puppy, so she is getting obedience training in her foster home (check out the video). Her foster is happy to help Cher blend into her new family if the forever family would like. Chers DNA test found her to be 50% Staffordshire Terrier, 25% Akita and 25% Belgian Malinois.
