The Occupy Movement is expressed in more than 700 cities. As the Arab Springs, the Occupy Movement lives on Internet. But today we need to ask: What is left of the Arab Spring ? What is left of the 99%?. But apart from these questions , there was yet another spring, another revolution, a process of recognition of an identity, challenged and rebuild from within, in North Africa. This is the meaning of Berber Spring #OCCUPYIMIDER, the first in a series of documentaries on the Amazigh rebirth. After two bloody springs in 1980 and 2001, from Morocco to Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Egypt through the Azawad and the Canary Island : the third Amazigh Spring is underway. So here is the diary of a struggle, the portrait of an old identity and a trip in company of those who are called “sons of liberty”. The Amazigh resistance is not a myth, it is embodied here in Imider, on the top of Mount Albban . Amazigh Spring OCCUPYIMIDER # is the first part of a documentary series written and directed by Adeline Bailleul and Tarek Bouraque, young founders of the production company GlobalFronteras . This work aims to draw a portrait of the Amazigh revolution, remained in the shade compared to the changes that are reshaping North Africa. The Amazigh revolution is profoundly diverse and crosses the culture, identity, religion, borders and states, womens rights, the Arab Spring, the Tuareg experience, capitalism, socialism, colonialism, the revolutionary cadres and oppression. The authors chose to examine these issues starting from a deeply human story, illustrating their lives, their struggles, their thoughts and hopes. The project will consist of several documentaries, from OCCUPYIMIDER, an ambitious, risky and expensive, but also a different interpretation of the events that the authors want to propose: a hidden aspect to open a debate. They need everyones help to get started. The countdown has begun, the production house GlobalFronteras is launching a fundraiser, as it needs a minimum of € 5.500 for directing and producing the first documentary about Imider. Theyre making agreements with broadcasters, beginning a campaign to organize screenings international partnerships and a special screening for the Imider residents, with the presence of civil society. The GlobalFronteras therefore calls for trust and circulate this project on social networks, in the workplace , in the family, among friends. Il Movimento Occupy il pianeta si è espresso in più di 700 città. Come la primavera araba, il movimento Occupy vive su Internet. Ma oggi non si può fare a meno di chiedersi: “Che cosa è rimasto della primavera araba? Cosa è rimasto del 99%?” Ma a parte queste domande, ci fu ancora unaltra primavera, unaltra rivoluzione, un processo di riconoscimento di una identità, messa in discussione e da ricostruire dall’interno, nel Nord Africa. Ecco il senso del progetto Primavera berbera # OCCUPYIMIDER, il primo di una serie di documentari sulla rinascita Amazigh. Dopo le due sanguinose primavere del 1980 e 2001, dal Marocco alla Tunisia, Algeria, Libia, Egitto attraverso l’Azawad e le Isole Canarie: la terza Primavera Amazigh è in atto. Ecco quindi il diario di una lotta, il ritratto di una antica identità e un viaggio in compagnia di coloro che sono chiamati figli della libertà. La resistenza Amazigh non è un mito, si incarna qui a Imider, sulla cima del Monte Albban. “Primavera berbera # OCCUPYIMIDER” è la prima parte di una serie di documentari scritta e diretta da Adeline Bailleul e Tarek Bouraque, giovani fondatori della casa di produzione GlobalFronteras. Questo lavoro si propone di disegnare un ritratto della rivoluzione Amazigh, rimasta nell’ombra rispetto ai cambiamenti che stanno rimodellando il Nord Africa. La rivoluzione Amazigh è di natura profondamente variegata e attraversa la cultura, lidentità, la religione, i confini e gli stati, i diritti delle donne, la primavera araba, lesperienza dei Tuareg , il capitalismo , il socialismo, il colonialismo, i quadri rivoluzionari e loppressione. Si è scelto di esaminare queste problematiche iniziando da una storia profondamente umana, illustrando le loro vite, le loro lotte, i loro pensieri e speranze . Il progetto sarà composto di diversi documentari , a partire da “OCCUPYIMIDER”, un progetto ambizioso , rischioso e costoso, ma soprattutto una lettura diversa degli eventi che vogliamo proporre: un aspetto nascosto per aprire un dibattito. C’è bisogno dell’aiuto di tutti per iniziare. Il conto alla rovescia è iniziato, la casa di produzione GlobalFronteras sta lanciando una raccolta fondi, in quanto ha bisogno di un minimo di € 5.500 per dirigere e produrre il primo documentario. Si stanno prendendo accordi con emittenti, iniziando una campagna di partenariati per organizzare proiezioni internazionale e una proiezione speciale per i residenti di Imider alla presenza della società civile. La GlobalFronteras chiede dunque fiducia e di far circolare questo progetto sui social network, nei luoghi di lavoro, in famiglia, tra gli amici.
