SURPRISE! Well my Australian friends and family... after 15 amazing years in this country... it is time for me to bid you all farewell... I am moving to England! It has been a spectacular journey over the past 15 years in Oz. The past year in Melbourne putting an absolutely glorious icing on the spectacular gluten-free vegan cake that is my life. The people here are really one of a kind! As a 12 year old arriving into stinking weather with my two exhausted parents and my annoying brother, I could never have anticipated the experience that lay ahead (good call Mum and Dad). I will leave Australia with a million memories, many fabulous friends, a brother that is far less annoying, a sister-in-law-to-be (!!!!) and two parents who are much better rested :-) Provided all things go to plan...we will back in the UK by Christmas. So, dont despair! There is still plenty of time to say farewells and have one last warm beer with you all!
