SWEET tooth Sunday!!!! Who has the biggest sweet tooth?!!!! Every Sunday I will be posting a HEALTHY dessert recipe so watch out for that. You CAN reward yourself after a long week of hard workouts and good nutrition! Why the heck not?! If I dont have time to bake a healthy dessert on a Sunday and want to satisfy my cravings, I reach for my ShakeO!!! Its filling, so satisfying and of course so nutritious!! Here are my two favorite recipes! Strawberry Dream ShakeO * 1 scoop of strawberry shakeology *4 frozen strawberries *1/2 frozen banana * 1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk *1 cup of ice Chocolate Peanut Fudge ShakeO *1 scoop of chocolate shakeology *1 tsp of almond butter *1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk *1 cup of ice.
