SYED IMRAN ALI HAMDANI Srinagar, July 24: Upholding centuries-old communal harmony, the Kashmiri Muslims yet again Wednesday proved their love and affection towards other communities when scores of people rushed to the SK Institute of Medical Sciences Soura to donate blood for wounded Amarnath Yatris who were brought to SKIMS for treatment. As the news about the wounded Yatris in need of blood reached the social circles, scores of people could be seen making it to the SKIMS, to donate blood as the hospital people organized a special camp in this regard. Officials identified two of the wounded Yatris as Ravi Kanth of Jammu and Preeti Shah of Mumbai. A medico said the Yatris were wounded in a mishap. Among others, District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, Er Farooq Ahmad Shah and Director SKIMS, Dr Showkat Ali Zargar attended the camp while the former distributed some relief.
