Sac State grad Nelson Mmbando is doing work that could have far-reaching effects on agriculture, spearheading an aquaponics project that was featured recently on CBS13 (cbsloc.al/1sLkXjh). Nelson not only has formed a business to promote this innovative farming technique, he’s about to return to teach Tanzanians how to make this drought-related method work for them.
