The Company has achieved the systems certification of ISO 9001-2008 from UKAS (UK), Position is at Noida Position Offered Assistant Manager-Sales & Operation (International Marketing) Salary :- Excellent JD : interaction with Customers applying Strategies through, Internet , Vocal Communication, Giving Presentation, Sending Quotation, Preparing list of Prospective clients, Giving Online Demos, Videos, Leads converting .Invoicing and Follow up for further Business and single point of Contact for customers 1. To reply to e-mails & queries received from matured Buyers. In absence of Marketer to reply to e-mails & queries received from new buyers and Prospects. Create leads in CRM. 2. Forwarding enquires to manufacturing unit for dispatch dates or technical information & follow up for closure 3. To prepare Quotations, Performa Invoice etc. in CRM & forward to AGM-S&O for checking 4. To forward Performa Invoices / Quotations with other related information to Buyers & follow up for Pending Payments. 5. To ensure that Communication with Buyers related to their Queries / Documents / Dispatch etc is sent by the Merchandiser 6. To send Circulars & Mailers to Enlisted Buyers 7. To maintain & update Price Index of all Buyers 8. To prepare Monthly Reports 9. To handle one client independently 10. To prepare List of Declined Products 11. To maintain Customer Complaint Register Skills Required Should have working experience in ERP software. Should have good written & spoken English. Should have knowledge of taxes / logistics / currencies.
