SUMMARY The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through the handling of inbound and outbound sales contacts from and to customers as well as nurture and grow your customer base. The Sales Representative leads the sales efforts to sustain business performance by adding and retaining new prospective customers to achieve set revenue goals. The Sales Representative will introduce our services and be able to educate prospects and customers. The Sales Representative is the first impression and introduction to our customers experience and the ultimate goal is to create lasting customer relationships. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Using business development skills to identify, qualify, obtain and develop relationships with prospective clients through the personal visits to local business,Internet or other lead generating opportunities. 2. Create, develop and retain business relationships with our customers. 3. The Sales Manager will through a combination of inbound and outbound contact strategies, convert leads that originate from website, marketing campaigns, calling list and email requests into appointments for your outside sales team. 4. Effectively qualify, conduct needs analysis, and follow-up with prospects to ensure they understand the Value of our product. 5. Effectively up sell and cross sell to maximize every opportunity when appropriate. 6. Managing account relationships as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day needs, including ongoing communications, coordination of customers needs, and other activities 7. Attain and exceed goals monthly. 8. Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information in Salesforce CRM for processing sales, and keeping comprehensive and accurate client information. 9. Deliver extreme excellence in customer service. 10. Participating actively in growth and exceeding team goals. 11. Become an expert in our products. 12. Handle Incoming calls and make outbound calls. 13. Follow company policies and procedures effectively. 14. Qualify each opportunity. 15. Other duties as assigned. 16.
