A new definition for diarchy in India - maximum power, minimum accountability and most unconstitutional. This very well explains the internal security lapses, the lack of spine to external aggressions, the policy paralysis, the rampant corruption that comes with extreme socialistic policies, the creation of new political irritants like AAP to counter the strong anti-incumbency wave and the strong resistance to pro-India forces.
