Sarah McDonald is getting a huge shoutout today! After Laura took her measurements yesterday, there was some pretty incredible stuff to report. In the five months she has been here, she has lost 14.4 pounds, 4% body fat, as well as lost 4 1/2 INCHES ON HER WAIST and 5 1/2 INCHES ON HER CHEST. Those are INCREDIBLE numbers! Sarah is always working incredibly hard in bootcamp and the work is paying off. Great work, girl!
