Saturday 25 October The Town of Port Hedland is disposing of 131 abandoned vehicles via public auction on Saturday 25 October at the Town Depot on Cajarina Street, Wedgefield. Vehicles will be available for inspection from 8am to 10am, and interested bidders can also register during this time. Auction starts at 10.30am sharp and vehicles will be auctioned to the highest bidder on the day. All payment must be via EFTPOS - cash will not be accepted. As part of the Depots OHS requirements, please ensure you are wearing closed-in shoes when entering the facility. The successful bidders for any vehicle will have 16 days in which to collect the vehicle/s from the Depot being Monday 10 November 2014. All vehicles not collected prior to this date being forfeited and the buyer will forfeit any payment made. For more information please call the Towns Ranger Services on 9158 9741.
