Sausage Spinach Penne Pasta Casserole 2 lbs. Italian rope sausage 3 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes 2 8 oz. cream cheese softened 2 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach 1 lb. Penne pasta 1 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt Cook sausage and cut into bite sized pieces. Combine together diced tomatoes, softened cream cheese, spimach, garlic powder (salt) in a bowl. Boil pasta and stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put into lasagna pans or casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy!!
