Scam alert!!!! Phone rang this morning with some very foreign speaking man telling me my computer was about to crash with lots of problems. He said he was from Microsoft Windows Service Center and they were trying to help me. Since I have a new computer I asked for a supervisor and got the same speech from him. I asked for a phone # and it was given to me. I called my tech guy at Staples. He told me this was a scam that Microsoft would not call me unless I had sent a request with a problem. We looked up the phone # and there are lots of complaints with this #. Be careful of the phone calls that come into your phone. I am so afraid that someone will fall into their trap.
