School districts only get 6 days before they have to start making them up, and many local schools are already over that limit. Some superintendents are hoping that legislation will be proposed that allows for snow day waivers. Michigan state law says that students must attend school for 180 days a year, so schools will have to make the time up.They can add extra minutes on to the school day, or extra school days to the end of the year. How do you think schools should handle it?
