Scotland has some of the richest and diverse farming land on the planet yet the vast majority of mothers still feed there children processed nutrient deprived packaged foods. It gives me hope when I see so many people showing up to transform a derelict peice of land into a community vegetable patch. If you love your kids you must start caring about what they eat. If its had colourings or additives then mother nature says NO.... Eat like a caveman/woman, exercise hard, meditate often and make love.. lots of love.. ;D
