Secretary Shinseki is a dedicated public servant who has served our country with distinction. I appreciate his close partnership and the attention he gave to working with me to address the concerns of veterans on Guam. Although there continue to be serious challenges on Guam, particularly in addressing the difficulties at the CBOC, I will renew efforts to solve these problems when new leadership is in place at the VA.
