Seeking a Tour Team who is energetic, engaging and passionate about bringing brand experiences to life to a Millennial target market on a mobile sampling tour. Candidate Profile - Qualifications/Requirements: Bright, energetic and engaging with consumers – a team player with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude and problem solving mentality 21+ years of age Clean driving record (candidates will be drug tested) Comfort driving 26 food truck or Sprinter van Prior field marketing management experience required Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to work with HQ contacts, clients and event contacts to ensure that the event experience is as turnkey and impactful as possible Basic computer/internet skills and access to an internet-ready computer for daily/nightly reporting Clean-cut, neat appearance Physically able to lift 50 lbs Full-time availability – Training begins July 2014 with the tour ending in late 2014 Committed to consistently providing outstanding, positive interaction with consumers Ability to learn and then provide specific brand/product information to consumers (brand training provided) Willingness to go above and beyond standard requirements to deliver an award-winning program for our clients Basic iPad skills Beverage sampling experience a plus but not required Job Description: With the help of Company management procure, train and manage local staff Comply with all Company regulations Ensure legal compliance of all tour/program activities (includes compliance with state/county guidelines) Maintain tour/program elements in pristine condition for the duration of tour/program Set up, execute and tear down all events as part of field team Manage travel schedule ensure to on-time arrival in markets and at event sites Complete online event recaps no later than 48 hours after completion of each event (NO EXCEPTIONS) Communicate daily with Company management Organize pre-event and event day logistics to ensure flawless execution of all events Interact with clients, event contacts, consumer and Company management in an enthusiastic and effective manner Purchase/pick-up any tour-related needs (Company to reimburse for all tour-related expenditures – Company management approval required) Complete administrative paperwork including but not limited to expense reports, accident reports and incident reports TO APPLY: Please email your resume to Lyla Lenyo at lyla.lenyo@psliveglobal with the subject line TOUR 2014
