Seen bradda Dean do this so I figured I would too. 20 facts u might not have known! 1. My real name is David. 2. My Hawaiian name is Kaimanukainoa 3. I grew up on Molokai for 10 years 4. I started (stand up) surfing but was afraid of the ocean then and ended up hating it 5. When I moved to Oahu I had no friends (waaaahhhh) 6. I still sucked at sports and everyone made fun of me (haha/still no friends) I was also kinda fat hahahaha 7. Started at mid pac in the 7th grade 8. Wanted to be a punk, got into a lot of trouble 9. Realized being a punk and breaking the law leads u no where 10. Started seeing how sick bodyboarding was when I started going to Sandys around age 15 (excellent change in life) 11. Michael was a huge dick to me but ended up teaching me how to bodyboard (lol, now we are good friends) 12. In the 9th grade I started paddling canoe again. Kayaking in the 10th. (Never really tried water sports till then) 13. Ended up second in state for paddling (dream team you know who you are) and 2nd in the ILH for kayaking in the distance division. 14. Graduated and moved to california not knowing if I would be able to ride waves again but was pleasantly surprised with some of the funnest and best waves I ever seen in Cali 15. Met some of my best friends through wave riding 16. Waves in Cali are actually so good (sometimes) I almost drowned there in 2013 (lolz) 17. Started getting boards and clothes sponsored summer 2013 till now (hyyyyeww) 18. Started our own little event production company with the Cali King Connor Treacy sophomore year of college. 19. Scheduled to finish on time (after a ton of summer school), finishing my internship now, got a real job (and wherever our event planning company goes) 20. Idk exactly where my future is going but life seems to be going in a positive direction :) After writing all this I just wanted to say thank you to those that have been in my life, are still in my life, have been on and off in my life, or will be in my life in the future. You have shaped these 20 facts more than you know! And for those taken away from life, that were a part of my life, I will never forget you.
