Sending out mucho mucho thanks to all of you for your donations. Im so very touched and grateful for your help. DAY 2 UPDATE Sophie slept good last night getting up only once to pee. She is walking around a little bit but isnt eating or drinking on her own. No diarrhea or vomiting since yesterday. This morning I fed her (through a syringe) some of the chicken/rice mixture I made for her. I added pedialyte to it and managed to get a little down her. I also gave her straight pedialyte; all of this is a struggle as she doesnt want it, but she is being a good sport, sort of. I will wait and hour or 90 minutes to make sure it doesnt come back up and give her more. Will call the vet later and probably bring her back in for subcue fluids and more anti-nausea meds. If prefer she get IV fluids but not sure theyll do it on an outpatient basis for me, but I will try. This is possible due to your thoughfulness of donating. Thank you!
