Sermon: Faith Part 2 Scripture: Ephesians 2:8-9New International Version (NIV) 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. ………………. The emphasis on Wednesday was that there is another world. Faith is an ability of transferring things that are in the spiritual realm to the physical world. Many are walking sick in this natural world yet they are healthy in the spiritual world. Many are walking poor in this physical world yet rich in the spiritual world. There are two types of faith: 1. Human faith 2. God’s faith Human faith A natural human faith uses five senses. It uses knowledge and experience. This is what makes you say goodnight, see you tomorrow, it is because you saw someone sleep and they woke up the next day. God’s faith It is the only faith that can bring things from the spiritual world to the physical world. God’s faith is a gift from God, the owner of that faith carries rules and regulations. Romans 12:3 Whoever received Jesus Christ received the same measure of faith. The measure which was given unto you is the same measure that was given unto your neighbour. The measurement of faith inside you is exactly the same as Apostle Paul’s. The difference we have is that he used God’s faith and you use human faith. The same measure is being used differently, you are not using your faith. Paul was saying, the rate of faith in you is the same as that in Jesus Christ. whatever was in Jesus is in you now, that is the same measure of faith. The faith in Jesus Christ is called creative faith. It is a type of faith which can create something from nothing. In Genesis, God said, let there be light and there was light. The light was there before the sun. As you are right now, there is creative faith in you, the type of faith which can create something out of nothing through your mouth. God gave this type of faith and you to use it using your own tongue.Do not be controlled by what you see by your eyes, hear, feel or taste because it means you will be limited by the human faith. This faith can only operate by creating using your tongue. God is looking for someone who understands what has been deposited in them and use it, a Christian who will stand and start to use it. The human faith fights God’s faith. God’s faith works if you suppress the human faith. When God declared that let there be light, there was darkness and no sign that there will be light. You have creative faith and you should use it to create your husband. You have something of God in you create something out of nothing. We want to create your house, car out of nothing using the creative faith. Jesus fed 5000 men with two fish and five loaves using the creative faith by telling the food to multiply. Do not be limited by what you see. We can create a new project while we are here as if we have something inside of us. We serve a God who does not do body viewing. When you call His name, there will be resurrection. The faith of God is a creative faith. You have got the same faith Paul had. You are living in debts and you do not afford to pay back, we are about to create money out of nothing. From today, you can not be controlled by what you see. In James 3, the bible says, your tongue maybe small but if you speak, the body follows, speak and it shall happen. Stop looking outside, ignore what you see, you are carrying your testimony right now. What you are looking for is inside you, your cup shall overflow, all you need to do is to speak and leave the rest to God. The spiritual ways are different from the natural. You must start to create because you have create power inside you. You are a pedestrian, poor, sick because you don’t know what is inside you. People must be surprised by your utterance, no one can limit you. The force of the spiritual faith can resist any type of spirit.
