Service Center Manager ( Bavarian ) Bavarian Auto Group - BAG Job Description Maintain the customer satisfaction programme & ensure that CSI meets the target laid by the company. Enforce budgetary control & ensure sales targets are met by the Center. Manage departmental expenses & ensure the net profit as set by ASSD is met. Manage the service personnel & develops technical skills. Maintain the employee satisfaction & motivation. Holds regular meetings with service staff & group meetings for solving operational problems. Monitor warranty claims processing. Monitor product quality & forward technical/market product reports to the technical department. Actively participate in the group meetings with other departments heads. Ensure proper utilization of all the service facilities & maintains equipment in proper working condition. Ensure that all sections in the Service Center are operating smoothly according to company policy & procedures. Execute the service marketing plans & monitor the competitors activities in his area. Coordinate with parts department to ensure smooth supply of parts at highest rate. Implement the VOR parts system & follow-up. Job Qualification •BSC of Mechanical Engineer preferably in Automotive or the equivalent. •10 - 15 years of experience in reputable business Co. dealing with automotive(After Sales Services). •The last 5 years working in the same position or Assistant Service Manager. •High leadership & Management skills. •High communication, negotiation and presentation skills. •Fluent in English language. •Excellent computer skills. careers@bag-eg Expiring in 12 days
