Shakeology is really amazing stuff. I have 2 stories on how Shakeology has helped with their MS. Multiple sclerosis or MS is a disease that affects the brain and spinal cord, resulting in loss of muscle control, vision, balance, and sensation (such as numbness). With MS, the nerves of the brain and spinal cord are damaged by ones own immune system. This disease has many symptoms including extreme fatigue. Testimorny from one person that states she looked into the ingredients and saw there are over 70 superfoods in there, all ingredients are natural with nothing artificial. One that caught her attention was Reishi mushroom power, known as the “magic plant”. This powder has long been used to help increase energy, improve digestion and sleep, strengthen resistance to disease and regulate the immune system. After getting clearance from her doctor to take it. It got rid of the fatigue and made her feel good enough to start an exercise program. In addition, Shakeology has helped her with random hand shakes. These are completely gone. Whe attribute these changes to Shakeology because it is the ONLY thing she has added to her diet.
