Sharia State If these conditions are not present we cant call such country Run by Sharia or Islamic Sharia state .... 1: (النسك) meaning one Allah subhana wa taala is worshipped in that Country no shirk, Bidah ... Ruler should remove all those things which people worship or lead to shirk ... 2: (الولاية) love and hate for the sake of Allah subhana wa taala . 3: Establish pray with Jammat .giving zakat ,inviting to good and forbid evil 4: Apply all Hudood. 5: Jihad ruler should always be ready for it and attack Kufar whenever its the right time . 6: To apply the law on ahli zima kafir by asking Jizeeya and treat them second class like Umar radelaho anhu told them .. No to wear cloths like them etc . 7: For the Hakim an followers has to have right Manhaj ( aqeeda ) not full of shirk and innovations ... 8: To Protect Deen of Allah subhana wa taala from Kufar,innovators . 9: Ruler cant be removed like the kufr give him 5 ,6 years term .. No he should ruler as long as he is following Sharia . 10: There has to be one ruler from East to West ... With help of governors . 11:Justice Should Be done everyone and all manners of Rasoolullah Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam (صلى الله عليه و سلم) should be applied .
