Sharing something that had me a little concerned yesterday. Another really bad storm developed and was moving through. I could tell it had lightning and thunder, and looked nasty. The hair on my arms was standing straight out. I took shelter and even inside the hair did not go down. Lightning was cracking very close by too. I prayed, in this moment I knew it was the only thing I could do. I curled up with my new dog, Cali. I really felt like she was grounding me. My wife and son put blankets and pillows over me to try to cover me up. They both I think felt uncomfortable being near me during the storm, but there was no other place to go. If I had a basement, I would have went down in it, no basements in Florida. Later in the same evening around 5 hours after the storm passed, I noticed my arm hair went back to invisible pretty much. I never knew I had so much hair on my inner forearms until it stuck straight out.
