Sharon and I had a great time at a house warming party for our granddaughter Meagan Knapp yesterday afternoon in Denton. Meg is a Junior at NTSU. She is a VERY talented Hair Stylist. She has been licensed since graduation from High School two years ago. She completed High School graduation and Cosmetology license requirements at the same time. She put together enough money to pay down on a house of her own. She will be saving a ton on transportation and rent for a dorm room. She served a brisket that was cooked by her Granddad Bob Knapp. That man knows how to smoke a brisket. I am not lying when I say that it was the best brisket I have ever had. I only regret that I forgot to bring some home. Old age does have its draw back. Meg, Grandmommy and I are VERY proud of you and love you very much. (P.S. Please tell Bob & Sharon for every thing they did. Great food, Great planning, Great time! They are Great friends.)
